This semi-detached house in a quiet location is very comfortable and modernly furnished for 4 people. The house is situated in a gorgeous location right next to the Kammerwald forest. You can reach the beach in a 5-minute walk via a staircase on a hillside. A 10-minute walk through the forest takes you to the Ostsee-Therme, which features a spacious pool and sauna area. A parking space is available right next to the house.
We invite you to visit the beautiful Baltic Sea coast year-round to enjoy relaxing beach walks or bike rides.

Welcome to the vacation home on Waldstrasse. A beautiful semi-detached house with a south-facing terrace for up to 4 people.
This lovingly furnished semi-detached home in Scharbeutz, designed for 4 guests, features a spacious and light-filled living area with a cozy seating area, as well as an armchair and a dining area for 4 people to relax. A flat-screen TV with cable TV and Wi-Fi also add to the comfort. The unit features a bright kitchenette with a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, and dishwasher. In addition, the toaster, electric kettle, and drip coffee maker make cooking a breeze.
The spacious bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) for a restful night’s sleep. Small decorative items, as well as a wardrobe with a mirror, add to the sense of comfort.
The second, smaller bedroom features a cozy box-spring bed (160 cm x 200 cm).
The bathroom with a shower stall has a window.
A washer and dryer are available in the basement and are welcome to be used.
You can enjoy a wonderful end to the evening on the beautiful south-facing terrace.
This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.
An outdoor parking space is available for your use.
The beach is 400 meters away, accessible via a public staircase on a hillside.

Alles sehr schön gestaltet, super ausgestattet und sehr bequeme Betten! Es ist herrlich ruhig und man ist in einigen Minuten zu Fuß am Strand. Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen. Schön wäre, wenn man für die E- Bikes den zum Haus gehörigen Schuppen nutzen könnte.
