Our attention to design and detail has allowed us to create a very welcoming space where you’ll enjoy spending your time.
We’re located in the historic San Giovanni neighborhood, just a short walk from Piazza Re di Roma, at Via Vercelli 5, Rome. A strategic and well-connected location, ideal for exploring the Eternal City.
The recent renovation has created a space that combines functionality and aesthetics, offering you a pleasant place to spend your time.

- Entryway: A spacious hallway welcomes you into your home.
- Bedroom 1 - Yellow: the first bedroom, designed with themed furnishings and details, is equipped with all the necessary amenities, such as a double bed with a memory foam mattress, a 40-inch smart TV, blackout curtains, a hot/cold air conditioner, and a large desk for comfortable remote work. It also features a convenient and spacious closet and charming, modern themed details.
- Bedroom 2 - Red: A second spacious and bright room equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a double bed with a memory foam mattress, a 32-inch smart TV, blackout curtains, a spacious closet, a heat-and-cool air conditioner, a large desk for comfortable remote work, and striking themed design details.
- Kitchen: a modern kitchen equipped with a brand-new induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, refrigerator, and a full set of designer tableware. Upon arrival, you’ll find olive oil, salt, and sugar, as well as complimentary coffee pods and tea bags.
- Bathroom: A modern bathroom featuring a shower stall and a full set of bathroom fixtures. Inside, you’ll find a hair dryer and dispensers with shampoo, body wash, and hand soap.
The apartment features ultra-fast Wi-Fi; all TVs support Netflix, Prime Video, and other streaming platforms.
