The Baltic Sea beach and the center of Wustrow are about 1.5 kilometers away—ideal for a nature-filled vacation between the Bodden and the Baltic Sea.

The approximately 100 m² apartment features high-quality furnishings, light-filled rooms, and a harmonious design. Large windows create an open connection to nature and offer sweeping views of the surrounding greenery.

Bright living room with a cozy sitting area and dining area by the floor-to-ceiling window. A wood-burning stove creates a warm atmosphere, while natural materials and soothing colors define the stylish ambiance.

The separate, modern kitchen offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The adjoining dining area, with a view of the garden, invites you to enjoy relaxed meals in a peaceful setting.

The two bedrooms are tastefully furnished and each features a comfortable double bed, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. One of the bedrooms has its own en suite bathroom with a shower and toilet. Additionally, there is another separate bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Outdoor Area
A spacious wooden deck offers a view across the approximately 8,000 m² waterfront property all the way to the Bodden. Seating areas, a lawn for sunbathing, and a barbecue area invite you to linger. A small private dock with a rowboat, along with views of impressive sunsets, make this location truly special. Parking spaces and storage areas for bicycles and sports equipment are available.
Special Features
During the warm season, two SUP boards and a rowboat are available. Direct access to the water allows for spontaneous excursions on the Bodden. Use is subject to coordination with other guests and at your own risk.
The annex features a shared sauna with a relaxation area, shower, restroom, and fitness facilities.
A wallbox is available for electric vehicles. The rate is 0.60 € per kWh. The required token can be picked up at the office.
You also have access to a shared washing machine and dryer, which are operated via a coin-operated machine.

There is a single step leading to the building entrance. The apartment itself is entirely at ground level and designed without any further changes in elevation. Both bathrooms have showers with shower pans (not flush with the floor).
*Please note: Only one dog is allowed in the vacation rental. Other pets must stay at home.
