The “Seefeuer” house is a charming brick townhouse in a unique location right on the Permin—the narrowest point between the Baltic Sea and the Bodden. Just a few steps across the dune separate you from the fine Baltic Sea beach. The dike is ideal for bike rides, and the center of Wustrow, with its restaurants and shopping, is only about 1 km away.
Vacation Home
The semi-detached home “Seefeuer” combines light-filled living with a maritime flair and a well-thought-out floor plan for a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation.
Ground Floor
On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious, conservatory-style living area with a fireplace and a cozy sitting area, an open kitchen with a dining area, and a bedroom with a double bed, TV, and direct access to the bathroom with shower/toilet. An additional guest restroom adds to the comfort.
Upper Floor
On the upper floor, there is another bedroom with versatile beds (sliding system), which can be arranged as two single beds or as a double bed as needed, as well as an additional bathroom with shower/toilet. From here, there is a partial view of the Baltic Sea.
Outdoor Area
The spacious wooden deck invites you to relax and enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air. The garden offers direct access to the beach entrance. A lockable bike shed and a free parking space are also available. In addition, the Seefeuer house offers a free sauna for shared use by all three apartments.
Special Features
A washing machine (4 to 6 x 0.50€ per wash cycle) and a dryer (4 x 0.50€ per drying cycle) in a separate common area.
