About this apartment rental
The 60-square-meter house features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking; a living room with a sofa bed, table, and TV; a bedroom with two single beds, which can be converted into a double bed upon request and for a small additional fee; a bedroom with a double bed and an en suite full bathroom; and a second full bathroom.
The apartment features a heating and cooling system in every room
We provide our guests with high-quality linens, towels, and bath amenities. The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a beautiful Umbertine-style building. As you can see from the photos, the building features a very charming inner courtyard. From street level, you can easily reach the apartment via an elevator that eliminates any architectural barriers, making it accessible even for guests with mobility challenges. However, we believe that a standard wheelchair may not fit through the doorways. From the beautiful tree-lined avenue where the apartment is located, guests can access the property quickly and easily. Simply use the intercom located to the left of the large entrance door, and you’ll be granted access to the courtyard to take the elevator up to the 5th floor. Our home is located in the heart of the Monti district, a very beautiful neighborhood in Rome where the countless bars and clubs that enliven the nightlife take center stage. The neighborhood is very quiet, and you can explore it at any time of day or night without any particular concerns.
Its central location allows you to reach the city’s major attractions on foot or by public transportation in just a few minutes:
The Colosseum
The Domus Aurea
The Basilica of St. John Lateran
The Basilica of St. Mary Major, where Pope Francis is buried
The Brancaccio Theater
The San Giovanni Hospital, one of the largest in the city.
Rome’s archaeological site is located just a few hundred meters from the house
just to name a few…. In addition, right next to the building, you’ll find a pharmacy, a laundromat, and a well-stocked supermarket where you can find everything from groceries to household items and personal care products.

Everything was as advertised. The friendly host met us and explained the property.

This apartment is in a great location! Tons of food around, close to the main train station, and walkable to the Colosseum. Enjoyed the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as a separate living area and kitchen. We felt safe the entire time we were there and the host was great about communicating with us. Highly recommend.

Great stay! The property was really nice, the staff were lovely, and communication was quick and easy. It’s about a 15-minute walk from the Colosseum and very well located.

Loved the location, and all of the hospitable touches like the supply of espresso to get us started that first morning! Francesco was very responsive and helpful as we planned our trip.
