Excellent stay, would recommend.
Check-in was very smooth. Mr Emerson contacted us beforehand to confirm our exact arrival time, was waiting at the property, and explained everything clearly. We appreciated the complimentary wine.
The location is very convenient:
A supermarket is very close to the apartment for daily essentials.
The Colosseum is just 5 minutes away.
The bus stop is a 5-minute walk, and the metro station is 10 minutes on foot.
It was raining during our stay, so I asked for the heaters to be switched on. The service staff came promptly and fixed it. Thank you for the warm hospitality.

The accommodation was in the best location for our trip as it was just minutes walk to the Colosseum, and still a walkable distance to all the places we wanted to visit. Cosy and well equipped home with everything we needed, tucked away from the main road through a private entrance. Very comfortable bed. Easy check in and check out.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento con nostro bimbo e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La casa è piccola ma funzionale, pulita e ben organizzata. Il letto è molto comodo e la zona è davvero silenziosa, abbiamo dormito bene.
La posizione è sicuramente il punto forte: dal portone si vede il Colosseo e molte attrazioni sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi.
Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario, che ha accolto la nostra richiesta di entrare un po’ prima dell’orario di check-in, venendoci incontro visto che viaggiavamo con un neonato. Cristina, che ci ha accolti, è stata gentile e precisa. Il check-out in autonomia è stato semplicissimo.
Molto carini e utili anche i piccoli dettagli: il kit di benvenuto con detersivo per i piatti e spugna nuova, davvero una cosa semplice ma molto intelligente, e la bottiglia di vino che abbiamo trovato al nostro arrivo.
La cucina è ben fornita, anche se non l’abbiamo utilizzata per cucinare. Frigorifero e macchina del caffè, invece, perfetti. Anche il bagno, seppur piccolo, ha una doccia spaziosa ed è presente il bidet.
Con un neonato l’appartamento è stato comunque fattibile: essendo al piano terra, il passeggino passava tranquillamente.
L’appartamento è piccolo, quindi lo vedrei più adatto a una coppia o a una piccola famiglia che a quattro adulti.
Viaggiando con un neonato, abbiamo trovato il lavandino poco pratico per lavarlo. Non c’è inoltre un fasciatoio, anche se siamo riusciti a organizzarci appoggiandoci sul divano.
Il letto si trova sul soppalco, quindi bisogna fare le scale e può essere un po’ scomodo dover scendere ogni volta che si dimentica qualcosa al piano di sotto.
Nel complesso, comunque, siamo stati molto bene e ci tornerei volentieri: soprattutto per la posizione, la tranquillità, la pulizia e la comodità del letto.

Location was ideal
Not suitable for a family with kids that need any space to move. Also, no cleaning supplies. Not even a broom available to sweep the floor. Kids make crumbs and dirt. A broom was necessary but absent. Nowhere to put any suitcases with the couch pulled out into a bed. Nowhere to walk at all.
