We had a lovely stay. We had a bit of a problem when we arrived, our bed had not been made! This was quickly resolved by Graham, who came himself to sort it. Even bringing a brand new set of bedding. For the price we paid we were very satisfied with the accommodation.

Just returned from a very enjoyable mid-week stay in this very comfortable lodge. If you’re looking for a bit of peace and quiet in comfortable surrounds I can highly recommend staying here. The lodge itself had absolutely everything we needed - including a/c which was a real plus, as the high temperatures during our stay would have made it very uncomfortable without it! The beds/mattresses were also extremely comfortable, which isn’t often the case when staying in a caravan/lodge, so we slept really well. Loved the wraparound deck with plenty of space to sit, eat & drink. We ate at a couple of local pubs - the queens head and kings head, but our favourite was Burgh Hall where the food was excellent. Our host Graham was very quick to respond to any questions we had, and was super helpful. So… 5* from us, and we hope to return again at some point.
