Breakfast and staff. Very convenient location for us,
The accessible room needed maintenance and was dirty,, The food apart from breakfast was terrible - expensive and all heated from frozen,

Front desk at Ipswich Road Holiday Inn were exceptional - mature chap who handled the reservation was very pleasant, which was welcomed after an arduous 5 hour drive!
I stay fairly often and although I didn’t use the bar for food this time, it’s worth mentioning that, there is one female bar manager who goes out of her way to help me, being gluten free etc, but she’s also very pleasant. It’s the first review I’ve done so it’s worth empathising that, it’s evident your staff are not only caring but passionate about their roles. Thank you!
Everything is as it should be - nothing to dislike.

Good location for airport. A good breakfast before early flight. Good transport links to airport.
A little issue with the variation. But staff quickly resolved this.
