Perfect place to stay for my work trip, the location cannot be beat. Extremely safe and walkable neighborhood and close to whatever you need. Super fast WiFi and very quiet. The house obviously shows it's age in some spots as it has not been rebuilt into a million dollar property like all of the neighbors but it was very clean and had everything I needed. Great communication from the host, will definitely be staying here again in the future.

It was a small little bungalow like home! It was small but perfect. There was 7 of us the couch pulled out into a bed which was perfect. It was in a good area very close to the Bank of America stadium. We walked home from the concert and it was perfect!

We had a fantastic stay at this charming little house in downtown Charlotte! It was the perfect spot for our date night getaway and made attending a concert at Bank of America Stadium incredibly convenient.The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved being close to all the downtown attractions while still having a quiet place to relax before and after the concert.The host was great to work with, and the check-in process was easy and stress-free. If you’re looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Charlotte—especially if you’re attending an event downtown—we highly recommend this property!We would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Charlotte.

There were some good things about this stay - the location is great, the neighborhood was quiet, the beds were comfortable, sheets and towels were clean, kitchen well stocked, and the owner provided informative emails with all the information we needed. We knew the house would be older, and that was not a problem. However, there were things that should have been far better for the substantial price this ended up being (over 350). The one roll of toilet paper had somehow gotten wet on one side, and there were no replacements (unfortunately we didn't realize this until late at night). No facial tissues anywhere. The floor had several toenail clippings and pieces of dirt. The caulking around the tub was dirty and cracked, as was the soap ledge in the tub. The kitchen smelled like insecticide. Even the grass out front was overgrown, and there was a lawnmower sitting right beside the house. Not sure what's going on with this property...old is ok; not taking care of things beforehand to create a five-star experience for guests is not. With some TLC and more careful preparation for guests this place could have provided a pleasant stay.
