Summary:
Recently renovated apartment with 3 comfortable queen size beds. This apartment features two bathrooms a full kitchen and High Speed internet with a Smart TV in each room and access to Netflix (All TV’s). This property is super close to the hottest restaurants, shops and activities in Southend of Charlotte. It’s close to Uptown, Bank of America Stadium, BB&T stadium, spectrum Arena, Charlotte convention Center, NASCAR museum and walking distance from Abbot Park.
Guest Access:
This is a duplex and you will have access to the 3 bedroom side of the duplex.
Other Things to Note:
We do require the guest that booked to sign an agreement agreeing to our house rules.
For security purposes, exterior security cameras are installed at the property. These cameras monitor only the exterior of the property and are active 24/7.
No cameras are installed inside the rental's private living spaces or in the interior of the property.
Please note that all camera locations and coverage areas are disclosed for transparency and guest privacy.
Interaction with Guests:
I am readily available for whatever you need during your stay but I won't be on site unless you request something.

We had a nice stay.. honestly, we use vrbo’s really as just a place to sleep and have morning coffee and breakfast so we don’t spend much time in the property. This unit was well maintained and very well stocked. But, the location right next to the highway made for very difficult sleeping.. drag racing all night on the highway sounded like it was right next door. Otherwise, our stay was fine. Thanks Mike for being such a responsive and helpful host.
