About this apartment rental
Affordable, comfortable second story 1 bedroom + loft and 2 bathroom condo. Ceramic tile in the entry, bathrooms, and fully equipped kitchen. Carpet throughout the unit, with a spiral staircase to the loft. Window A/C located in the bedroom only. Free WiFi. Laundry center for your added convenience. Linens and towels are provided. Unit sleeps a total of 4 with one queen bed, one Full bed and one twin bed. Designated parking stall include with the unit.

The condos are surrounded by two beautifully manicured golf courses and are the only condos on the North Shore. This is a great place to relax, rewind, and restore, and a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The condo property is a short walk to the hotel and to a lovely, sheltered, coved beach, where you can swim, snorkel, and surf. We have our pools, with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and charcoal BBQ grills. Bring your own equipment and play tennis on our courts at no charge. Since we are in a tropical environment, it is common to see insects and geckos in the condos. No amount of spraying will completely eliminate insects, especially ants.

Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) enjoyed our stay on the North Shore and at the property. Although the unit is quite dated, it was clean. We’ve stayed at many VRBO’s over the years. This one was probably the least equipped. Everything was minimal. Boosting the inventory would be helpful to future guests (no salt&pepper, scissors, games with missing pieces). Otherwise, the beds were comfortable, and the property was beautiful. Close to the pool and a short walk to the Ritz where the beach is public and snorkeling is great. Good security. Excellent communication and easy check-in/check out. Would stay again.

Kitchen was great. Had everything we needed. Beautiful location. Clean large pool area. Great to have washer and dryer.

The location was needed due to a wedding at Turtle Bay. We did not want to enjoy a wedding then drive back to the other side of the island. Unfortunately we were not able to enjoy all the amenities you had to offer other than a place to sleep.
