About this apartment rental
This is a newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment on a large gated lot in a very secluded neighborhood on the North Shore. The property is located on a hillside above the ocean, (it is not beach front). It is a 3 minute drive from the property to the famous world class beaches and surfing of the North Shore. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, full kitchen and large bathroom with washer and dryer. Plenty of safe parking on the property. It is a downstairs apartment and the owner lives upstairs. The apartment has no stairs for a easy entry.
The apartment is the bottom unit of our home. Separate entrances and parking from owners. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with full laundry. First bedroom has queen size bed and 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. The kitchen has everything to make you feel like home. Full size oven and fridge. Toaster, microwave, dishes, utensils, coffee pot etc. The bathroom has a toilet room and walk-in shower, vanity, full size washer and dryer. The apartment also has air conditioning to keep you comfortable.
We have lived on the property for over 35 years and are responsible adults in our 50's. We also like to have fun, on the weekends we may friends over for dinner parties and sometimes we may start our dirt bikes to go for a ride. We have 3 adorable dogs, Harley, Haze and Kaipo that may come down and say Hi. It is a great spot, with banana trees, papaya trees and taro on the property. A occasional peacock may show up. Its the perfect little get away! 90 day rental.

We enjoyed four great days/nights at Lane‘s property. We felt right at home straight away. The apartment had everything we needed to enjoy the stay and I don’t think there is a better property to enjoy Oahu‘s North Shore like one of the always friendly locals.

This may be my favorite AirB&B experience ever. We used to live further up the hill, and did not even know such a great property was up here. I would 100% stay here again, and am kinda sad we did not stay here the whole time we were on the island.The apartment was perfect - spacious, quiet, easy parking, bedrooms are separated for privacy, bathroom set up is ideal for multiple people getting ready in the morning. Big covered porch to relax and eat outside. A well appointed kitchen with basic supplies (thankful for the shoyu!). Very friendly and helpful owners live upstairs, we chatted a few times but once inside we could not see or hear them. A few very well behaved and quiet dogs on the property - they loved being pet but did not bother us if we did not call them over.

Our host was always responsive and very detailed with things that mattered. The home was very clean, with a guide book, and some labels to keep things in order. They left us some welcome treats and some helpful tips to traverse the island. This was a wonderful island experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to request a stay here again!
