Welcome to Your Brewster Cape Cod Getaway
Relax, unwind, and enjoy the best of Cape Cod from our spacious five-bedroom home, ideally located in one of Brewster's most desirable private neighborhoods. Situated on two private acres, our home offers the perfect combination of privacy, comfort, and convenience for families and larger groups.
One of our favorite features is exclusive access to Blueberry Pond's private association beach, just a short walk from the house. The calm freshwater pond is perfect for swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, or simply relaxing on the beach away from the crowds. The Cape Cod Rail Trail is only five houses away, making it easy to enjoy miles of scenic biking and walking right from the front door.
Our location puts you just minutes from everything that makes Brewster special. Spend the day at one of Brewster's beautiful Cape Cod Bay beaches, enjoy lunch or ice cream at the iconic Cobie's, browse the charming Brewster General Store, or explore the shops and galleries along historic Route 6A. Grocery stores are only 10 minutes away, and world-famous Nauset Beach is just a 15-minute drive for those looking to enjoy the Atlantic surf.
The home comfortably accommodates families and groups with five bedrooms and two beautifully remodeled full bathrooms, both featuring modern walk-in showers. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor, while three additional bedrooms are upstairs. Sleeping arrangements include 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 6 twin beds, providing plenty of flexibility for multiple families or generations traveling together.
The recently renovated second floor features new flooring, walls, and lighting, giving the home a bright, fresh feel. Central air conditioning and heat keep everyone comfortable throughout the year.

Our family had a terrific week. We loved the easy access to the Rail Trail and Blueberry Pond. The house was very clean and spacious, making it easy for a large group to share and make great memories. The outside sitting areas and bedrooms were clean and comfortable as well. Neil was great to communicate with.

A wonderful house that easily accommodates a multigenerational family, with bedrooms on the ground floor with their own bathroom and lots of bedspace upstairs for families with kids. The layout of the house was really nice, it was close proximity to local beaches as well as the broader Cape Cod area, and also had amazing air-conditioning, which came in incredibly handy on a couple of hot days. The neighborhood was quiet, it was far away from any busy streets, and there was also easy access to the Cape Cod rail trail for those who want to go biking. Overall, a wonderful house to stay at the Cape and hopefully we can be back in the future!

The house was perfect for us. The neighborhood is lovely and the pond was great -- just a couple minutes walk down the road. We were six adults and three kids and the house never felt small. The kitchen had everything we needed, even a peeler! We're excited to return next year!

Everything was absolutely wrong wonderful! Beautiful property, excellent location, clean, plenty of room to sleep and move around. Absolutely perfect, went too quick. Thank you so much for all the added little details as well such as games, basic condiments ect. It was a lovely time and we made some great memories in that house.
