About this house rental
Tastefully redone Cape style home in a lovely residential neighborhood. Property includes four bedrooms and three full baths. The lower level boasts a large open kitchen with eat-in area and breakfast bar. There is also an adjacent dining room and living room with double sliders to private backyard and deck with hot tub. The first floor also has a very large family room with smart TV, large bedroom with king and full bed, full bath, and laundry room. Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms and two full baths, one of which is the master suite that has queen bed and with Juliet deck overlooking the backyard. Bedroom #2 on second floor has four single beds and bedroom #3 has a queen bed and a pull-out single. Other features include parking, garage for storing bikes and kayaks, outdoor shower, and central A/C. FREE Wifi/Internet. No bed linens provided. No bath towels provided.

The attention to detail from host, Paul, was incredible. A big, beautiful house, well kept, and clean. You know you are close to the beach, with that motif, and kayaks in the garage. All aspects were terrific, including regular visits from wild turkeys! Highly recommend Paul's house for any beach or park adventures.

We rented this great big house for our family wedding on the Cape, and it was the perfect home base for nine adults. The place was even bigger than the pictures show—we joked about having more than one living room!It was a breeze to find, which was a huge help with all the back-and-forth travel for wedding events. The host was wonderful, reaching out before we arrived with easy-to-follow instructions. The only regret is that we didn't have enough time to take advantage of all the amenities, like the hot tub. For anyone needing a spacious, well-equipped vacation rental, we highly recommend this one."

Hot tub was nice and relaxing. Plenty of seating and space for our group of friends. Host is friendly and instructions were clear. Convenient location.
