Bedrooms: 2 cozy bedrooms await you, featuring a luxurious king bed in one room and a comfortable queen bed in the other. Please note that access to the second bedroom requires walking through the first bedroom, or you can conveniently use the back patio door for direct access.
Outdoor Oasis:
Step outside to discover a serene backyard filled with abundant fruit trees, including orange and lime trees, as well as green grape vines. Enjoy sunny afternoons grilling on the BBQ and dining al fresco with our outdoor dining and lounge set, all set on lush astroturf for a touch of fun in the sun!

This unit is part of a duplex; there is a one-bedroom unit on the right side of the house. The backyard is shared with other guests
For stays longer than 30 days, I require a deposit in the amount of one month`s rent to be paid offline due 60 days prior to arrival as well as a formal lease agreement.
Pets are welcome! Our standard pet fee is $150 (this may vary dependent on length of stay & type of pet). Please let us know if you will be bringing along your furry friend!

-Quiet Hours: 10pm-6am (weekdays); 11pm-6am (weekends).
-Absolutely no parties or gatherings are permitted at our properties--being overly disruptive to neighbors will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of any monies paid (including your refundable deposit).
- There is no smoking permitted at any of properties.
- Please treat our properties and, more importantly, our neighborhoods as you treat your own. Keep San Diego vacation rentals vibrant and thriving!

The location was perfect! Less than a 5 minute to get on the highway and less than a 10 minute drive to several groceries stories. You’re located right across the street from Balboa and a walk down the street to get to the main entrance. Down the opposite side of the street is a nice trail through with an overhead bridge to get you to the neighborhoods bordering Balboa Park with lots of coffee shop, food etc… A full size and fully stocked kitchen & bbq pit help with prepping full meals. The mattresses were a welcomed comfort, and (I didn’t even feel the movement of my travel mate sleeping next to me that I’m inclined to buy that brand to replace mine!) after long days venturing out into the city & zoo. The washer and dryer were a must and a plus. There is ample street parking. Words of caution, the driveway is too narrow for large vehicles/SUV and the drop of at the curb is the second reason to park in the street. Since it’s an older home the bathroom isn’t as large as modern built home but at the end of a long day all you need is a good shower! You do have to pass through the main bedroom to get to the second bedroom and the reverse if you have to use the restroom at night so I recommend this stay for a family of four or close group of friends. It worked just fine for us. I would stay again, if traveling w my family!

The Home was clean, the bed was fine and everything seemed to work OK. Note to owner… The outlet in the kitchen where the coffee machine was located is not working, but the one on the other side of the room does. Also, you may want to get some Drano in the bathroom sink… It’s a little slow draining other than that. Everything seemed fine.

The house was easy to find and access. It was clean and had everything we needed. The only problem we had was the noise coming from the streets around the house is extremely loud. The adjoining units tenants TV could be heard all night long. The walls are paper thin. Just be aware if you are a light sleeper like me you may have issues. I didn't sleep 3 of the 4 nights so we checked out early.
