At the beginning of the 20th century, Swiss- or Black Forest-style villas were built in the fashionable Baltic Sea resort towns. One of the most beautiful houses of this kind is Villa Strandklause, located on the first row of the beach promenade in the seaside resort of Bansin.
A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available for use in the house.
Villa Strandklause has the mailing address Strandpromenade 12; however, since this is a pedestrian zone, access to the property is from the rear via Bergstraße 49 (for your GPS).
We are partners with UsedomRad, the only one-way bike rental service on the island. Rent a bike (for a fee) from our office and explore the beautiful and diverse “Sun Island” of Usedom independently and flexibly.
As a spa pass holder, you can also use the Usedomer Bäderbahn (UBB) buses free of charge.
Strandklause Apartment 04:
The 57 m² Apartment 04 is located on the 2nd floor of the building and offers a magnificent, unobstructed, head-on view of the Baltic Sea. There is also a balcony from which you can enjoy a view of the Baltic Sea as well as Schloonsee.
Upon entering this beautiful vacation apartment, your gaze is drawn through the central living area—featuring a modern kitchenette and dining area—into the loggia, and from there directly out to the Baltic Sea. There is a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a double bed. There is also an additional bedroom with a comfortable fold-out bed (for two people), which serves as an extra living room when not needed as a bedroom. Free Wi-Fi and a parking space (marked with the number 4) are available. Pets are allowed upon request.
