This historic and stately beach villa, centrally located in Bansin, looks forward to your visit.
The original wooden house, which is over 100 years old, features four rustic-style vacation apartments, three of which offer unobstructed views of the Baltic Sea (except for Apartment 03). The beach villa stands out for its exceptional location right on the beach promenade in the front row.
Access is via Bergstraße 47.
SVB 03:
Located on the first floor/basement level of the house, this individually furnished vacation apartment accommodates up to 4 people.
One room is furnished with a double bed and one room with a sleeper sofa for two adults.
The living room offers plenty of space for cozy evenings and social gatherings.
The separate, fully equipped kitchen provides all the amenities you need.
One parking space on the property is available free of charge (please note: narrow access road).
Since we are partners with the Golfhotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you’ll receive a 30% discount on green fees at these golf clubs.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
