About this house rental
Welcome to your peaceful ski retreat on Waterstone Lane. This spacious 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom townhome sleeps up to 9 people. Enter to a nice mudroom area with space for gear and boots. Head up to the main living level complete with a living room with gas fireplace, large dining table and kitchen. Sit on the deck and enjoy the sounds of the creek that runs behind the property. There is a half-bath on this level for convenience.
Head upstairs to a main bedroom with King bed and attached bathroom with soaking tub. On the top floor you will find a bunk room with space for all of the kids. There is a twin over full bunk with trundle underneath (sleeps 4) and its own bathroom with walk-in shower. On the lower level you will find a bedroom with another King bed and attached bathroom and the fourth bedroom with 2 twin beds and its own attached bathroom. There is also a full size laundry room on the lower level.
The home has a 1 car garage and space in the driveway for an additional vehicle.
Waterstone Townhomes is a quiet townhome community located along Burgess Creek near the base of the Ski Area. The community boasts an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. During the ski season, there is an on-call shuttle that picks up at the townhome and whisks you away to the ski area, downtown, grocery store or wherever you'd like to go. During the summer, enjoy the convenient location along the walking/biking path that leads up to the base of the ski area and around the mountain community.

During the summer this home has AC available in the master bedroom and the upper bunk room. The lower levels usually stay a very cool and comfortable temperature. After sun down, the place cools off quickly with a few open windows.

Spectacular communication before, during, and after our stay. Beautiful entryway and quiet condo neighborhood with walking paths and a stream. Even a little neighborhood market with good ice cream. The unit was very clean inside and out. The kitchen was a nice size for a couple cooks at a time and fully equipped with great storage, cookware, utensils, and modern appliances, including an air fryer. Beds were super comfortable and we loved that each room had its own bathroom. Living area had comfortable couches. Enough for all 8 of us at the dining table for meals together. We enjoyed Steamboat!

We had an amazing stay. The condo was perfect for our group and the garage was a great bonus for all of our bikes! All of the amenities were spot on and well stocked. We look forward to coming back next August for SBT GRVL!Mike Troisi

Great vacation rental unit. Clean, well appointed and supplied. Everything you need for cooking at home. Short shuttle ride to ski area base. Access to shuttle downtown made it unnecessary to rent a car.
