Summary:

Mountain Cascades is a 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhome in the Cascades at EagleRidge neighborhood on the mountain side of Steamboat. It sleeps 12 and has air conditioning, a gas fireplace, a ping pong table, an EV charger and a 2-car garage. Guests can use the community hot tub, which is shared with the neighborhood. A free shuttle runs to the ski base and downtown all winter, and the Yampa River Core Trail is a few minutes away for summer biking, tubing and fishing.

Guest Access:

You'll have the whole townhome to yourselves. Your door code is the last 4 digits of the booker's phone number, and we'll send it again the morning of check-in (Nest/Yale smart lock).



You have 2 private parking spots in the garage, plus 1 non-reserved spot outside and street parking. Please don't park in front of the garage, as it blocks the neighbors and the HOA will tow and fine.



The Neighborhood:

Cascades at EagleRidge is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood on the mountain side of Steamboat, a short ride from Steamboat Resort's base area and its restaurants and shops. Historic downtown Steamboat and the Yampa River Core Trail are a few minutes away, with biking, fishing, tubing and year-round events.



Getting Around:

A free shuttle runs to the ski base and downtown in winter; we'll send you the shuttle app and login code after you book. The free city bus also runs nearby. The base area is walkable, but it's uphill, so most guests take the shuttle.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.



This is a family-friendly neighborhood, so please respect quiet hours (9 PM to 9 AM). A noise monitor on the property sends an alert if noise exceeds set levels during quiet hours.
