Welcome to Apartment 13 in Building 2 of the "Vier Jahreszeiten"!
This cozy 2-room apartment offers 46 square meters of space for up to 2 adults and 2 children—perfect for your family vacation by the sea!
The hallway and storage room provide space for jackets and shoes.
The small, modern bathroom features a shower with a tub and a fixed glass shower enclosure, a sink with a vanity cabinet, a hair dryer, lighting, and electrical outlets, as well as a toilet and a heated towel rack.
The living area features a small kitchenette with a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, a microwave with grill and oven functions, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a sink, and a full range of cooking and serving utensils.
A cozy double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe with a large mirror are located at the back of the living area, ensuring restful nights during your vacation.
The comfortable L-shaped sofa offers space for the whole family. Here you’ll also find a flat-screen TV (40"), a Blu-ray player, a CD radio, and numerous board games and books.
You can enjoy meals together or game nights at the adjacent dining table or on the furnished south/west-facing balcony with a side view of the sea. Starting in the early afternoon, you can enjoy the sun here.
In the separate children’s bedroom, the little ones each have a cozy place to sleep in a bunk bed (90×200 cm). A large closet provides space for their favorite vacation outfits.
The windows and patio door can be completely darkened separately using electric roller shades. The living area features cozy cork flooring.

Complex:
The “Vier Jahreszeiten” vacation complex comprises 6 different buildings ranging from 3 to 8 stories—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach. These buildings house 1- to 3-bedroom apartments ranging from approximately 35 to 50 square meters.
The buildings in the complex are located directly on the newly built promenade, whose wooden walkways lead through the dunes to cozy seating areas. Restaurants, shops, and recreational activities are within walking distance along the promenade.
In Buildings 1, 2, and 3 (NOT IN BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6), there are 2 elevators and a laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers (available for a fee) in each building. The dryers and washing machines are available for use by all guests at the complex.
A large parking lot with a barrier system across from the buildings provides one free, non-assigned parking space for each residential unit.
The quality and availability of internet access in the apartments depend on the complex’s occupancy rate and are beyond our control; therefore, we cannot guarantee them.
