First time in London great experience. Convenient location near S. Kensington station. Alex was great to work with. Very personal, professional, wonderful experience as we were greeted upon entering the flat downstairs. So grateful for the air-conditioning unit in the master bedroom given because we arrived on the hottest day of the year. Would’ve been awesome to have a unit in the second bedroom as well. Loved the gardens!! Great for a family of four with two adult children staying 9 days. Awesome experience!

Very personal, professional, wonderful experience to meet Monica as we entered the flat #6 downstairs. So grateful for the air-conditioning unit in the master bedroom given, we arrived on the hottest day of the year. Would’ve been awesome to have a unit in the second bedroom as well. It is a bottom flat but well lit. Be prepared for people walking above you at all hours. Also stairs to walk down to flat. Check in was great very clean.
