Very hot had to open windows, quiet a bit of noise, but to be expected given the location

location was good for public transport and food. beds were comfortable good there was a lift to the rooms
1. the bathrooms had no non-slip mats or handicap railings which made it a fall-risk, especially for elderly. 2. the booking mentioned that we were given rooms on the ground floor, but it was not so. Only 1 room on the ground was available. We had to take both rooms on the 1st floor so as not to be separated. When asked why the front desk personnel claimed they are not in communication with booking.com on what they offer.
