Cozy, quiet apartment in a picturesque village with spectacular lake views. It is part of a small residential complex with a large pool in the garden. The pool and garden also offer magnificent lake views.

The vacation apartment is part of a small residential complex with several staggered houses. It is in a quiet location, situated on the first floor, and is very bright. From the front—the living room and the terrace—there is a view of the lake; from the two bedrooms, you look out onto olive groves. The apartment is modernly furnished. Some of the walls are paneled with wood that has been painted white. This gives the apartment a very cozy feel and makes it appealing even in winter. The living room is spacious and features a dining area that seats four and a sofa set. A kitchenette is integrated into the living room. One bedroom is medium-sized and has two beds placed side by side. The second bedroom is small and features a bed and an additional fold-out bed. The residential complex includes a beautiful garden and a large pool with a lake view, both of which are available for use. Above the complex is a parking space that belongs to the apartment.

Very quiet location, surrounded by greenery, on the outskirts of an old, picturesque village. The view of the lake from the apartment is spectacular. In the evening, you can watch the lights of the fishing boats on the lake while enjoying a glass of wine on the terrace.

The flat-rate cleaning fee for the final cleaning (50 euros) as well as, if desired, linen packages (bedding and towels) are paid directly to the cleaning team on-site in cash (25 euros per person).

A tourist tax of 1.50 euros per person (ages 14 and up) per night is payable directly to the landlord, who will forward it to the municipality.
