This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. It has a pullout couch for extra travelers and still is very spacious. Five minutes from downtown and is centrally located. Close to St Vincent hospital and other attractions. Offers full kitchen and washer/dryer. Very peaceful neighborhood.

This property was well suited for our first visit to Erie. The apartment is clean, bright, and had plenty of space for us and our dog. Admittedly, we didn't take advantage of the two TVs or cooking (we did a lot of exploring / outdoor time). The furniture was comfortable and the large bed was relaxing after a long day. The neighborhood is quiet and the short walk to a park and ice cream stand was a treat. Melody is quick to respond to any questions or to offer assistance and check-in/-out was simple. We would stay here again.

We were in town to visit family. What a great place and location. Close to shopping, and Lake Erie! Great updates to this property.

Overall it was a great stay. It was well maintained and the location was great. Kitchen was equipped with everything I needed. Also has everything I needed to clean and leave the house tidy. Bed was very comfortable as well. The only down side I would say is if you dont want to hear dogs barking at 7am in the morning this is not for you if you dont mind and have a dog of your own this is perfect! I did not bring my dog but I dont mind dogs barking at all. Neighbors are friendly dogs are friendly. Just rent it to see for yourself!

Overall a great visit. Location is super close to the downtown area and the park. Host was fantastic and parking was easy. The only thing we wish we knew first was that there is not central AC. That is not made apparent in the listing. The window unit does cool the bedroom but the living room wasn't as cool as we'd like.
