About this house rental
Gem House
Gem House is a great spot to discover all that Erie has to offer. With its proximity to Mercyhurst University, Gannon University Penn State Behrend, and LECOM, Gem House is a perfect spot to stay while visiting a local student or the surrounding attractions. The house is centrally located with easy access to Presque Isle, Waldameer, the Erie Zoo, downtown Erie, and Millcreek Mall. With so much to see and do, you’ll soon see why Erie is also known as the “Gem City.”
While Gem House can sleep 6, it is ideal for couples, small families, or a group of 3 or 4 friends, as it is a cozy, little Cape Cod home.

The home was very nice. The hosts have it kindly stocked with extra things for guests. The hosts were very responsive and checked in to make sure things were going well.

Wonderful place to stay. Close to everything and was a beautiful home away from home. We will definitely be visiting again.

My family loved our weekend stay at Gem House! If we spend another weekend in Erie, we will definitely stay here again! I loved the supplies in the kitchen and having access to the washer and dryer. My kids enjoyed the game room. Everything was clean and cozy! The location is perfect to visit all Erie has to offer.

Clean house, hosts were quick to respond, close to everything in Erie! Great house for family of four plus mother-in-law. Only complaint was the noise from the busy road, made it hard to sleep at night but they supplied a jar of ear plugs for everyone! Thank you for a great first visit to Erie, PA!
