Welcome to Apartment 20 in Building 1 of the Vier Jahreszeiten complex!
The Fischerhus—a completely renovated, stylish, and fully equipped vacation apartment that leaves almost nothing to be desired.
In the living area, a large sofa corner invites you to enjoy cozy evenings. The glass table is equipped with casters so that space can be made when the box-spring-quality couch is converted into a sleeping area (1.50 m x 2.20 m sleeping surface). A smart TV is available for your entertainment. Streaming via Netflix and YouTube, as well as free Wi-Fi, are standard features of this vacation rental. You’ll never get bored here, even on overcast days.
In the dining area, you’ll find a table with an extendable glass top. The comfortable chairs ensure a cozy seating experience during meals.
Separated from the dining area by only a half-height room divider is the kitchen, which is equipped with every convenience. A stove with a ceramic cooktop, an oven, and a dishwasher are provided, as are a coffee maker, a microwave, and other appliances. Of course, there is plenty of dishware, silverware, and various household items available.
In the separate bedroom, the new bed (1.40 x 2.00 sleeping surface with an electrically height-adjustable slatted frame) ensures restful nights. The closet offers space for your vacation wardrobe, and the window lets in fresh Baltic Sea air. Reading lamps are provided. The second TV is located in the bedroom; it can be adjusted to the correct position using a telescoping arm.
The windows and doors in the bedroom and living room are equipped with pollen and insect screens, which will be especially appreciated by vacationers with allergies.
The bathroom features a decorative sink, ample storage space, and a lighted mirror. The spacious, walk-in shower is located in its own separate area and is at floor level. There are plenty of options here for hanging your towels or bathrobes. A nice little touch is the mood light in the shower, which can be adjusted to the user’s preferences with different colors and brightness levels.
From the large balcony, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea to the side—unless you’d rather walk the few meters to the beach.

Complex:
The “Vier Jahreszeiten” vacation complex comprises 6 different buildings ranging from 3 to 8 stories—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach. These feature 1- to 3-room apartments ranging from approximately 35 to 50 square meters.
The buildings in the complex are located directly on the newly built promenade, whose wooden walkways lead through the dunes to cozy seating areas. Restaurants, shops, and recreational activities are within walking distance along the promenade.
In buildings 1, 2, and 3 (NOT IN BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6), there are 2 elevators and a laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers (available for a fee) in each building. The dryers and washing machines are available for use by all guests of the complex.
A large parking lot with a barrier system across from the buildings provides one free, unassigned parking space for each residential unit.
The quality and availability of internet access in the apartments depend on the complex’s occupancy rate and are beyond our control; therefore, we cannot guarantee them.
