This is a smoke-free and pet-free apartment. We do not rent to construction workers or laborers. Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Location: Our property is located on a quiet street on the outskirts of the Pfaffing district; there is a playground at the end of the street (80 m). It is approximately 600 meters to the village center and about 1 km to the beach at Obinger See.
Obing am See, with its approximately 5,000 residents, is located halfway between Munich and Salzburg, about 12 km north of Lake Chiemsee. Here, you’ll find just about everything your heart desires. From cozy beer gardens and Bavarian inns to a cabaret stage, two Italian restaurants, Asian and Middle Eastern eateries, pubs, cafés, and much more in the immediate vicinity. There’s also a nostalgic mini-golf course at the “Kleines Wirtshaus am See.” This is right next to the art and culture trail that circles our lake. In addition to golf, yoga, martial arts, and fitness options, you’ll also find a nostalgic train line from Obing to Bad Endorf that never fails to delight not only adults but everyone.
For groceries, in addition to Edeka, Nahkauf, and Norma, you’ll also find a natural foods store, a farmers’ market on Fridays, and several other shops of various kinds. Surroundings and Attractions: It’s never really boring around here. Our Chiemgau region is famous for its many lakes, which are perfect for hiking and biking. A wide variety of culinary options—including our five local breweries—leave almost nothing to be desired.
