About this house rental
Vacation cottage in a very quiet location, like an alpine pasture; large terrace, lawn for sunbathing, barbecue area with a view of the mountains; grazing animals around the cottage; near the forest; biking and hiking trails; a 10-minute walk to the lake. Parking spaces for cars and lockable storage for bicycles; free Wi-Fi. A private cottage; bookable year-round; non-smoking cottage (smoking permitted outdoors).
New, spacious, fully equipped kitchen with dining area; small bathroom with shower and toilet; cozy living room with a pull-out couch and a fold-down bed as a separate sleeping area; 1 bedroom downstairs with a double bed; 1 bedroom upstairs with a double bed and two single beds; a crib and high chair available upon request
Surrounded by biking and hiking trails, near the forest, less than a 15-minute walk to the shore of Lake Chiemsee. In the town of Gstadt, there is a small Edeka supermarket with a bakery, as well as ferry service to Fraueninsel and Herreninsel. There is a beach with a children’s playground, scuba gear rental, pedal boat and motorboat rentals, bike rentals, several restaurants, cafes, and an ice cream parlor.
A warm welcome from the Axmann family. Enjoy the peace and quiet of our secluded location. From spring through fall, dairy cows graze on the surrounding pastures, just like on an alpine pasture.
You can barbecue at the grill area with a view of the mountains. On the large terrace or the lawn, you can enjoy the sun in the lounge chairs. The vacation home is located a short distance from our main house.
