About this cottage rental
Ground-floor holiday cottage in a municipal building (year-round apartment on the first floor).
Parroy is a stopover point for river tourism along the Marne-Rhine Canal.
The banks of the Sanon River and the numerous lakes and ponds in the Lunéville area, including the Étang de Bures, offer relaxation and opportunities for fishing and water sports.
Hiking trails are available in the Parroy Forest.
Nancy is 35 km away. Private entrance. Access via four steps.
Located in the heart of the village, near the community hall and the church.
Relaxation hall, living room with equipped kitchenette, TV.
3 bedrooms (2 double beds + 2 single beds), shower room, separate WC.
Electric heating (charges not included). A mandatory cleaning fee of €60 is charged for business stays, as well as bed linen at €15 per set. A green space with a low wall at the front and outdoor seating.
One parking space next to the cottage (for cars and campervans), and nearby, additional parking is available in the church parking lot.
