Part of the (14th-century) Leoni Palace, Casa Manina sul Ponte is a luxury apartment measuring 75 square meters. Located at the level of the canal bridge—but NOT affected by flooding—the apartment features a living room with a fully equipped kitchen area, two bedrooms with double beds, and a small bathroom with a large shower and all amenities. All rooms offer a stunning view of the Venetian canal. Every room features free Wi-Fi and air conditioning, and the master bedroom includes a Smart TV with Netflix and Prime.
Casa Manina has been completely renovated while preserving its historic interior heritage. Every corner of the house reflects its rich history. The classic yet minimalist furnishings complement the historic artwork and stone walls, highlighting the building’s unique character. Breathtaking views from the windows, historic details, antique decorations, and wooden beams are combined with a luxurious, relaxed style.
After a day of wonders in Venice, you’ll enjoy the stunning view from the bridge level and indulge in the comfortable king-size and queen-size beds, complete with high-quality Italian linens.

A premium spot in Venice. We loved our stay. Super clean. Our host was very helpful in finding our way through the maze of streets to meet us and show us the home. Our mornings and evenings were spent in front of the living room window watching the water and gondolas pass by. A splendid location.

We were really happy to have chosen this property for our Venice vacation. The location is unbeatable! And the property, beautiful just as shown in the pictures. We also appreciated that the property manager Ilaria helped us arrange a private water taxi to and from the airport and answered any other questions we had. Highly recommend staying here!

Everything was wonderful, very good contact with the host, who responded quickly to any questions. The apartment is beautiful, well-equipped, just like in the pictures, located in the center of Venice. We spent three wonderful days there, we will be happy to come back one day. We recommend you to spend a magical time in Venice.
