About this cabin rental
The 87Getaway Treehouse Retreat is perfect for those who want to get back to nature. Outside, trees grow through the structure for an added ambience.
We can sleep 6 and have a total of four beds: A king sized bed by the entrance, a fold out sleeper sofa in the living room, and two twin sized beds in the loft.
While you're not sleeping or exploring all that mountain view has to offer, relax by using the jacuzzi tub or taking in some nature outside on the porch swing and rocking chairs.
Outside you will find the beautiful rock walls and firepit with plenty of seating for everyone. A barbeque grill is off to the side for charcoal grilling. If you'd rather use a gas grill, venture to the bottom patio where there's plenty of room to lounge and listen to music. You can even turn on the fans to combat those warm summer evenings. There's even a natural wood bar.

This is a lovely, peaceful place that truly feels like a home away from home. The property has a cozy, welcoming feel that immediately puts you at ease. It’s the kind of place that many accommodations try to create but rarely accomplish. The surrounding landscape is just as beautiful as the property itself. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee in the porch or listening to the sounds of nature, there’s a sense of peace that’s hard to put into words. It was the perfect place to slow down, reconnect, and simply enjoying being away from the business of everyday life.

The only thing we would change would be the sign with the address off of 87. Numbers have fallen off and it’s hard to find, but other than that, we all loved it!

My second year staying here. Stayed 6 days this year. This house is very close to Blanchard Springs. My favorite thing about the house is all of the outdoor entertainment area. Has rap around porches on the main floor and has a great outdoor downstairs area below the main floor that has lots of seating and a hammock. Also well lit with ceiling fans. Also has a nice fire pit that I used to cook hot dogs and marshmallows several times.
I have a 12 and 6 year old that really love the house, it really does have a treehouse feel. The 12 year old really enjoys sleeping in the loft area.
It is close enough to things to do like the town of Mountain View and Blanchard springs yet feels very secluded.
I plan on staying again next year, seems to be my family’s new yearly vacation spot.
You will not be disappointed with this house. It is exactly as advertised and maybe more.

This is a great place to get away for some peace and quiet. Getting to the treehouse was quite an adventure in itself.
