The cabin was wonderful! Beautiful location and perfect for relaxation. The creek was amazing and located very convenient to the cabin. The host was very communicative and available if anything was needed. We will definitely be back!

If you are looking for a place “off the grid” this is it! It’s 5 miles from the main part of town. There’s an area below the cabin where the solar panels are located, it’s a perfect location to pull out whiffle ball! We took a cart with us to load up lawn chairs and such to go to the creek. Honestly it was easier just to drive down the short driveway to the path. Make time for a creek day. The owner has a child size kayak that kids LOVED. The creek was perfect with shallow and deep parts. The cabin was cute and fun. We were there during a cloudy couple of days so we did have to run the generator for a couple of hours but the owner left very specific directions and was easy to use. I give it 5/5 stars! The only negative was the mattresses were not the most comfortable but for 2 nights, it was fine. Book it!

2nd year here and we will be back. The worst thing about this place is having to leave it and come back home. I could spend all summer here. Jim is an amazing host and goes above and beyond.

We really enjoyed our stay at this private cabin in the woods! The cabin was neat and clean with all the necessities just as advertised. We enjoyed listening to all the birds, watching deer, and going to the creek. Host was very helpful and easy to reach. We loved the seclusion and yet were not far from town.
