HOLI IMMO invites you to stay in this spacious villa with swimming pool and sea view.
140 m² of space tastefully renovated to allow you to fully enjoy your stay, in a quiet and residential area.
You will appreciate its proximity to the city center and the beaches (20min walk).
With these 4 bedrooms, it is the ideal place for an unforgettable holiday with family or friends.
THE GOOD
The villa is spread over two levels accessed by a staircase.
On the first floor, a charming entrance hall gives access to the 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Guests will also have a laundry room at their disposal.
To access the large living room, a staircase is to be taken. The spacious kitchen offers a view of the sea, allowing the preparation of delicious meals in a convivial atmosphere thanks to its central island.
The living room area, very spacious, offers a breathtaking view of the sea, creating a setting conducive to relaxation.
THE EXTERIOR
Upstairs, the living room opens onto a magnificent terrace with sea views, offering the opportunity to admire the sunsets over the city of Bandol.
On the first floor, enjoy the garden area with its swimming pool area.
THE POOL
UNDER CONSTRUCTION, PHOTOS WILL BE AVAILABLE SOON.
The swimming pool is treated with salt, not fenced but protected by an alarm. Its maintenance is ensured by a swimming pool specialist who may come by during your stay. Unheated, it is accessible from 1 June to 30 September, depending on weather conditions.
AIR CONDITIONING
Air conditioning is available in all rooms.
HOUSEHOLD LINEN
Full bed linen, towels and bath mats, as well as kitchen towels are available free of charge on request.

CLEANING
