About this villa rental
BANDOL - ARCHITECT'S VILLA 200m2, SEA 800m walk, 5* rated, heated swimming pool... Sauna & Jacuzzi
Please note that this rental is aimed at couples/families with parents over 40 years old.
Ideal family use equipped for 8 people, in the heart of the seaside resort of Bandol (Var, Côte d'Azur), rental of a magnificent independent villa located 800m from the beach. This villa is surrounded by a very pleasant enclosed garden, quiet and benefits from the proximity of the city center (1.2km), shops (400m), the marina (1.2km) and the many activities offered (exhibitions, parties, festivals, markets, crafts, etc...). Far from the greyness, you will love the colors and smells of the Provençal market and visit the superb pine forests of the sunny hinterland. Every day, you will enjoy the pleasant beaches, etc.), before going for an evening drink on the terrace with family or friends and enjoying a tasty local speciality in one of the many restaurants of the resort. All this just a few minutes from our beaches in Bandol, Île de Bendor, Île des Embiez. Lots to do and don't forget that we are 45 minutes from Aix en Provence and 1 hour from St Tropez.
It consists of:
- a large living room-kitchen-living room of 75 m² with a view of the swimming pool (8M x 3.33M), a very large television (2.14m diagonal), opening onto a beautiful terrace. (Fully equipped kitchen, living room with starry sky).
- 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a double bed and a smart TV (1 large bedroom with its bathroom & toilet, 1 large bedroom with its magnificent dressing room, 1 bedroom with a large wardrobe and 1 bedroom on the first floor with its bathroom and its single-sink unit).
- Another large independent bathroom with a shower, a slipper bath and its double sink unit as well as 3 toilets in total.
- Several terraces, one of which is upstairs,
- A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
Outside,
- a heated swimming pool (8M x 3.33M) with its waterfall & equipped with 8 deckchairs, the pool is secured by an automatic roller shutter.
- a landscaped garden with a gas barbecue.
- A badminton set for 4 people and two football goals.
- a gate and an electronic entrance door with digicode for easy access without keys.
- an alarm system and a video surveillance device.
In addition, you will have:
- a HIFI system in all bedrooms and a Home Cinema system in the living room,
- an air conditioning system in all bedrooms & the living room lined by a heating/cooling floor,
- a Wi-Fi network available in all rooms,
- Bed linen and towels.
Weekly rental (for short stays, please contact us). To the rate you will have to add to each stay a flat rate of 250€ for: "disinfection of the accommodation, laundry, cleaning, bed sheets & household linen". A deposit (not debited) of 3500€ is required for each stay. Check-in at 16:00. Check-out at 10:00.
Parties and parties are not accepted, thank you for taking this into account absolutely, we are next door and it would be a very bad idea not to respect this.
NOTE: A contract will be drawn up between the tenant and the lessor. (CNI and contact details of the lessee). Copy of your home liability to be provided when booking.

The house was an absolute joy to stay in. Very modern and state of the art, hi-tech tv’s and WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, modern stylish bedrooms and living areas. Great bathrooms too.Outside there was a modern pool with waterfall in very well kept garden, with ample comfortable sun beds to lay out on. The hot tub was also excellent and there is also a beautiful sauna, albeit we did not use the sauna. Check in and check out was very easy.The house is situated in a quiet residential street, where you can easily walk into the lovely town of Bandol in about 15-18 minutes. The town itself is lovely, with lots of bars, restaurants and shops and a very pleasant marina. There is a large Carrefour supermarket situated about 5 mins drive away from the villa.We rented a car and so visited the equally beautiful towns of Cassis, Le Ciotat, Le Castellet and did some wine tasting along the way. This really was a great location for a holiday.All in all as a family of adults (5 in total) the holiday was everything we could have wished for. Thank you so much Herve, (owner) for making it a truly special holiday, in a beautiful villa, that we would very highly recommend and hope to return in the near future.Richard, Melanie and family

We were in Bandol for 9 days with 2 families and 7 people. All the reviews and ratings we had read in advance were even better in our opinion.
The villa is super quiet but still centrally located. It takes about 20...25 minutes to walk to the promenade at the harbour. Supermarket and shopping facilities are also very easy to reach.
The villa itself is very well equipped. There is a vacuum and cleaning robot on each floor. Everything we use at home is available in the kitchen...and even more;-).
The instruction in the villa was carried out by Herve himself. All communication with Herve was in English.
All in all, we can absolutely recommend the villa. We had a super great stay and would come back any time.

An amazing villa completed to the highest specification. Superb swimming pool with waterfall feature the particular highlight. Lots of external space and private. A brisk 10 minute walk to the local restaurants, bars and harbour and a 5 minute walk to the local supermarket and bakery. The villa has everything you need and is extremely well equipped.
The owner, Hervé, is extremely helpful and speaks excellent English. We cannot thank him enough for his assistance during our stay.
Would highly recommend and look forward to staying here again in the future!
