About this villa rental
Villa of 120 m² air-conditioned in a quiet area close to the sea in a superb environment with living room open to fully equipped kitchen and veranda; 4 bedrooms, one of which is 30 m² with dressing room, bathroom with Italian shower, 2 separate toilets, large terrace (50m²) facing South with sea, mountains and old village view. Located in the heart of the Esterel near the beaches of Mandelieu-La Napoule, Théoule/Mer and Fréjus (15 km), the lake of Saint Cassien (10km). Close to Cannes and 45 minutes from Nice airport. Many marked hikes. Enclosed terraced garden of 1000 m².

Beautiful villa located in a beautiful hamlet. The villa is very private with an exceptional decked seating area outside. The inside of the villa is open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge. There is a large double bedroom and bathroom downstairs Along with a large bathroom and utility room. Upstairs there is another large double bedroom and an exceptionally large master suit with walk in wardrobes with 3 panoramic windows with views of Cannes bay. There is another bedroom with a single bed and minstrels gallery where you could also sleep more children. There is a bathroom with toilet and sink on this floor. The villa was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything you could need.
Dom the host was so helpful and when we had a problem with the aircon he had a solution sorted within hours.
I would highly recommend this villa if you like peace, quiet and tranquility, although Cannes is only 25 minutes drive away. The photos on the site really don’t do this villa justice.

The house was perfect for our short stay of 5 days with 3 adults and 3 children. The 4 bedrooms worked out great, the house is spacious and well airconditioned. The deck with a great view over the valley and far away Cannes is nice too.
