About this apartment rental
PRETTY MAZET on the heights of ISSAMBRES.
Swimming pool completely renovated in 2022 with mosaic and stones. The pool is very large with a wading pool for young children and a beautiful swimming pool for older children. Comfortable deckchairs are available to holidaymakers around the pool. A restaurant area is located at the entrance to the pool with snack menus. Possibility to reserve your bread for your breakfast. Themed dinners offered occasionally in the evening (paella evenings, mussel evenings, etc.)
T3 on 2 levels of 65 m² air-conditioned with a large terrace not overlooked and with a beautiful sea view. The master bedroom upstairs has a large balcony with panoramic sea view. Quiet and secure domain. Residence located 4 km from the beaches and shops.
Ideal rental for families of 4 to 6 people, not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Numerous leisure facilities inside the estate in addition to the swimming pool area: Tennis court, 1 volleyball court, bowling greens, table tennis, playground for children.
Concerning the accommodation on the first floor:
Kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, filter and espresso coffee makers, toaster, kettle, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, clothes dryer. Living room equipped with a sofa, armchair and LED TV. An indoor table for 4/6 people.
Terrace with 2 deckchairs and a large parasol available. A large outdoor table for 6/8 people under a terrace shelter and an electric barbecue.

Bedroom 1: bed 190*140 + large closet
Bedroom 2: 190* 200 bed + small cupboard
Bedroom 3: 100*200 bed + cupboard.
2 bathrooms: one with sink and shower and the other with sink, bath and toilet
A separate toilet on the first floor.
A 50 m2 terrace with table, armchairs and parasol, 2 sunbeds, a gas barbecue.

Summary: It was a wonderful summer vacation by the sea. The apartment's location was perfect for beach visits in Frejus, visting Sainte-Maxime and St.Trope, or spontaneous restaurant visits in Les Issambres.The house was as described and large enough for us, two adults and two children (14 and 9). Two bathrooms ensured that there were never any arguments while getting ready. :-)The terrace with its magnificent view of the sea and the pool was outstanding and the air conditioning was also very helpful. The amenities were fine; we didn't miss anything. Thanks to Gayon for his timely tips and answers in advance. We felt in good hands. If the time is right, we'd be happy to come back.

We have had a beautiful stay at this residence in Les Issambres. The view from the terrace is amazing and the pool area is top standard. The house itself is very good equipped with a lovely interior. We will definitely come back one day.
