Never ever Interhome!
Das Einzige was gut war, war das Wetter!
Korrekte Beschreibung des Ferienobjekts auf Booking.com
• In der Beschreibung sind zwar Bilder zu sehen, unter anderem auch ein Bild mit einer Treppe. Allerdings ist hier nicht erkennbar, dass es sich um eine sehr steile Treppe handelt und diese ausschließlich in die Schlafräume führt. Im Text dazu wird „nur“ darauf verwiesen, dass diese Treppe zu weiteren Räumen führt. Aus unserer Sicht geht hier nicht eindeutig hervor, dass es sich um die 2 angegeben Schlafräume handelt. Wir sind anhand der Beschreibung davon ausgegangen, dass zumindest ein Schlafraum, Wohn-/Esszimmer, Küche und Bad sich im Erdgeschoß befinden!
• Auch der saisonale Außenpool wird so dargestellt, dass er sich direkt an der Terrasse befindet und zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung steht! Eine textuelle Beschreibung, dass es sich um einen Gemeinschaftspool in einiger Entfernung handelt, fehlt bei booking.com komplett und ist eine Täuschung des Gastes!
Das komplette Objekt ist sehr stark in die Jahre gekommen und bedarf einer generellen Renovierung!
Die Möbel im Wohn-/Esszimmer sind abgewohnt, geschweige denn die Küche gesamt!
In der gesamten Wohnung ist ein modriger Geruch! Dieser Geruch ist auch durch lüften der Räume über einen längeren Zeitraum vermutlich nicht zu beseitigen!
Alternative Unterkunft aus Kulanz: Als ich am Anreisetag vor Ort in Ihrem Büro über die Missstände hingewiesen habe und klar zu verstehen gab, dass dieses Objekt nicht für einen längerfristigen Aufenthalt akzeptabel ist haben die Mitarbeiter das alles so hingenommen und mir mitgeteilt, dass ich meine Beschwerde als Mail senden solle, was dann ja auch gemacht wurde! Uns jetzt zu unterstellen, wir hätten sofort reklamieren müssen ist schon etwas frech!
