Sandy Key is the perfect place to enjoy family fun year after year. Ground floor, (means no elevator wait time!) 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit, located in Tower 2, features the luxury of a full view of the Gulf along with immediate access to the heated pool, and just steps to the beach cross-over and hot tub, all from the Beachfront patio. The primary suite features a king-sized bed, TV, and jetted tub/shower combo in the attached bathroom, gorgeous views of the Gulf, and a sliding glass door leading to the beach facing patio. The second bedroom has 2 full size beds which are well suited for additional couples or children in your party and a TV. In the hall is the guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo and also the washer and dryer area. The fully equipped kitchen is the perfect place for the chef of the family to prepare a wonderful seafood meal. Six people can sit comfortably at the dining room table while another two at the breakfast bar. With a spectacular view of the Gulf and easy access to the private patio, the living room also has newly furnished sofas, a large Smart TV, and a DVD player. This unit is perfect for those that want the convenience of the beach and pool just outside their door. All units include cable, WIFI, and full size washer and dryer. The property offers 800 feet of private beach, 2 pools, hot tub, full size tennis/pickleball court, fitness center, grill and picnic areas, and private parking in the gated community. No pets or smoking in the units or on property.
