**UPDATED UNIT!!** There is no better place to be than Sandy Key! This ground floor, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit located in Tower 1 is a perfect beach getaway, just steps to the beautiful Gulf water. With no pool between this building and the beach, you can enjoy the luxury of a full view of the Gulf from your patio, maybe even see a dolphin or two swim by, while still having easy access to all the amenities, including the pool at tower 2. The primary bedroom includes a king size bed, large TV, gorgeous view of the Gulf, private door to the patio, and en-suite bathroom with a newly tiled double size stand-up shower, including 1 shower head at each end, this bathroom is magnificent!! The second bedroom has two full beds for additional family/friends and equipped with a TV also. The hall bathroom has a shower/ tub combo. In the updated, fully equipped kitchen you will find everything needed to prepare the perfect meal with all new stainless appliances and a pantry to hold your groceries. Six people can sit comfortably at the dining room table, as well 2 stools at the breakfast bar. The living room area has been updated with all new furniture including a queen sofa sleeper, a large TV, and a DVD player. All units include cable, Wi-Fi, and full size washer and dryer. No smoking or pets allowed in unit or on property. You won't be disappointed with unit 113 and all the updates!!

We absolutely LOVED our stay! We loved being on the first floor and able to just walk right out to the beach. It was great being able to park right in front too! No elevator needed! The rooms were great and the place was nice! We can’t wait to go back!
