About this apartment rental
Our vacation farm consists of a large vacation home and a separate small vacation apartment.
The vacation apartment:
is located on the upper floor of the vacation home and is accessible via an outdoor staircase and a separate entrance from the courtyard.
It can be used as an extension of the vacation home or as a standalone vacation apartment. A large, separate balcony with furniture invites you to relax.
The bedroom, with its double bed, and the living area, with two armchairs that convert into beds (0.90 m x 2 m), offer enough sleeping space for four people.
In the kitchen area, which opens onto the living area, you’ll find a stove, dishwasher, microwave…… and a round table that seats 4 people.
The shower room is spacious and new.
The village of Oberlauringen, a district of Stadtlauringen, captivates visitors with its picturesque village scenery and living history. Our idyllic, peaceful vacation farm is part of this and features a large garden as well as a fenced-in lawn. The vacation home and the vacation apartment are located on a quiet village street, making everyone feel right at home the moment they arrive.
A wide variety of recreational activities in the surrounding area and in Schweinfurt invite young and old alike to enjoy sports and games. Oberlauringen is located along a well-developed network of bike paths that extends all the way to Coburg or Bad Kissingen.
