About this apartment rental
Our vacation farm consists of a large vacation home and a separate small vacation apartment.
The vacation apartment:
is located on the upper floor of the vacation home and is accessible via an outdoor staircase and a separate entrance from the courtyard.
It can be used as an extension of the vacation home or as a standalone vacation apartment. A large, separate balcony with furniture invites you to relax.
The bedroom, with its double bed, and the living area, with two armchairs that convert into beds (0.90 m x 2 m), offer enough sleeping space for four people.
In the kitchen area, which opens onto the living area, you’ll find a stove, dishwasher, microwave…… and a round table that seats 4 people.
The shower room is spacious and new.
The village of Oberlauringen, a district of Stadtlauringen, captivates visitors with its picturesque village scenery and living history. Our idyllic, peaceful vacation farm is part of this and features a large garden as well as a fenced-in lawn. The vacation home and the vacation apartment are located on a quiet village street, making everyone feel right at home the moment they arrive.
A wide variety of recreational activities in the surrounding area and in Schweinfurt invite young and old alike to enjoy sports and games. Oberlauringen is located along a well-developed network of bike paths that extends all the way to Coburg or Bad Kissingen.

Sehr schöne Fewo mit Terrasse und Grillplatz. Reichlich Kinderspielzeug für Innen und Außen vorhanden.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die kleine aber sehr gut eingerichtete Dachgesoß-Wohnung war sehr hell und freundlich, mit gr. Terrasse! Die Ausstatung war aussergewöhnlich komplet und es fehlte an nichts. Für zwei Personen geräumig und gemütlich. Die Abwicklung von Ankunft über Abreise und alle Belange während des Aufenthalts sind sehr gut organisiert !

Super sauber,toll eingerichtete und ausgestattete Dachwohnung.Wir hatten nichts zu beanstanden und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.Sehr empfehlenswert!!!Wir kommen bestimmt wieder 😃

We had to stay in the area for work, we could not have asked for a nicer please to stay beautiful village and fantastic house to stay in, hoping to be back in the near future.
