About this house rental
Located right by the beach in Can Pastilla, near Palma de Mallorca, ANA House offers a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, and a high chair (available on request). The living room has air conditioning, and there are fans in the bedrooms. Outside, you will find a private furnished terrace with both covered and open areas, as well as a barbecue where you can enjoy stunning sea views. There is a spacious entrance terrace with a solar shower for use after the beach and plenty of space for sports equipment like surfboards or bicycles, making it ideal for active guests.
Can Pastilla Beach is just steps from the house (50 m), and a supermarket is only a couple of minutes’ walk away (150 m). Numerous shops, restaurants, and bars line the Can Pastilla promenade, all easily accessible from the house. Mallorca Airport is less than 10 minutes away by car (5 km).
Street parking is available. Pets and parties are not allowed. Groups of guests under 25 years old are not permitted.

Pros: Being close to the beach
Cons: No additional bedding ie sheets to make a change. The quality of the bedding was poor. The host said they would visit to inspect and return 300 euro deposit on day of leaving but did not turn up and they had promised to help us get to airport leaving us to try and find a taxi at last minute which was very stressful given we were travelling with grandchildren. They said on text they were transferring deposit to my bank but 2 days later still not in my bank. I am very disappointed and would not return to this property despite the location.
