Vacation Apartment 01-1 in the Papillon vacation complex is a two-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

Our light-filled apartment with a south-west-facing terrace is located on the first floor of Building 1. Spanning approximately 55 m², we offer you a Mediterranean-style vacation apartment featuring a cozy living and dining area, a bedroom, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The beach is only about 250 m from the Papillon vacation village.

From the living area, you have direct access to the terrace, which features a beach chair and wooden patio furniture. In the living room, you’ll find a high-quality, easy-to-extend sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) that can accommodate two people. For entertainment, you’ll find a large flat-screen TV (32 inches), a Blu-ray player with a selection of over 40 adventure, family, entertainment, and children’s DVDs, as well as a radio/CD player with an iPod docking station.

The dining area, featuring a cozy chest bench, is also located in the living area. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, and, of course, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

In the bedroom, you’ll find two single beds (90 x 200 cm), a spacious closet, and a second flat-screen TV. The bedroom window can be darkened with a blind. A large closet in the hallway is available for your clothes.

The shower room with a window offers plenty of space for the whole family. You’ll find additional storage space in a small storage closet right next to the kitchenette in the hallway. The floors in the living and kitchen areas, as well as in the bathroom, are tiled. The bedroom has carpeted floors. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed.

Free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available in Building 1. Coin-operated washers and dryers are located in the basement. Outdoor parking spaces are located right next to the building. Bicycles can be parked in the bike rack next to the building. The complex also features a small playground.

An information folder with phone numbers and tips for anglers is available in the apartment. Here you’ll find information on activities such as boat fishing in Tarnewitz, surf fishing, mudflat fishing, and which fish species are most likely to bite at the pier.

Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included but can be rented for a fee (without making the beds). One parking space is available for this vacation rental. Additional vehicles can be parked in the public, paid parking lots in town.

The Papillon vacation village, located in a quiet yet central spot on the outskirts of Boltenhagen, invites you to enjoy a cozy vacation. The beach is about 250 m away.

Children are warmly welcome in this park-like complex. Your little ones will enjoy digging in the sandbox, swinging high into the air, or bouncing on the seesaw with (new) playmates.

Dogs are allowed in some apartments. Most of the apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi. Each house has a free parking space for your car right next to the house.

Eighteen houses, each with 8 apartments, await you at the Papillon vacation complex. On the first floor are 2-room apartments with a terrace. An outdoor staircase leads to the first floor, where you’ll find the 4-room apartments, which span two floors. Of course, each of these apartments has a balcony.
Each apartment has its own exterior entrance. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available in all buildings. Some apartments offer a bike parking space or a bike storage room.
