Nearby shopping and restaurants are easily accessible. One parking space per house, bicycle storage, and use of a washing machine are provided, and pets are welcome in select homes.

Two separate bedrooms, along with a bathroom with shower and a guest restroom, ensure comfort and privacy.
The built-in kitchenette is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and much more. You can unwind on the seasonally furnished southwest-facing terrace.
On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a bunk bed and a closet, as well as a shower room with natural light and a restroom with a washing machine. A staircase leads to the upper floor, which features another bedroom with a double bed, a closet, a second TV, and a seating area. A guest restroom is also available. Family-friendly with a high chair, crib, and handcart.
This non-smoking house accommodates up to 6 people; one free parking space is located directly at the house. Additional paid parking spaces are available in the surrounding public areas. Pets are not allowed. Charging electric and hybrid vehicles is not permitted. This does not apply to e-bike and pedelec batteries (under supervision).
