Vacation Apartment No. 14 at Strandvilla Krabbe is a one-bedroom apartment that sleeps up to 2 people.
The small, sunny vacation apartment No. 14 is located on the 2nd floor of the new wing of Villa Krabbe and features a south-facing balcony. Here, you can enjoy the sun well into the evening. The vacation rental also features a combined living/sleeping area with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. It’s just 10 meters from the beach.
In the combined living/bedroom, you’ll find a double bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm). A stereo system with a CD player and a flat-screen TV provide entertainment on rainy days. The floor in the living area of the vacation rental is covered with designer flooring.
The kitchenette, integrated into the living area, features a microwave, a stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a kettle, and a coffee maker. The apartment has a tiled shower room with a window.
The Strandvilla Krabbe (Units 1–7) and the accompanying guest house (Units 8–15), with direct beach access, feature an outdoor parking space and free Wi-Fi (subject to availability). A maximum of one pet is allowed in this property! A charging station for electric vehicles is also available. Use costs 20.00 euros (per day, as needed).
Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating costs. Bedding and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (without making the beds).

Are you looking for a vacation right by the sea? The lovingly renovated Strandvilla Krabbe is located in the front row on Boltenhagen’s Baltic Sea beach. The villa is a listed historic building and was built in 1919 by master butcher Krabbe. It is one of the many old villas along the beach promenade, built in the typical seaside resort architectural style. Renovation of the Strandvilla Krabbe began in 1998 with the addition of an extension and the construction of a new guesthouse.
Vacation Rentals at the Strandvilla Krabbe
During the renovation, six vacation rentals were created in the Strandvilla and a total of eight in its extension. The Villa Krabbe guesthouse was expanded to include a spacious, wheelchair-accessible apartment. Some of these apartments have a lake view or face the lake. All vacation apartments are one- or two-bedroom units.
Do you need Wi-Fi access on vacation? You can use Wi-Fi here for free. Free parking spaces are also available directly on the Villa’s property. Do you drive an electric car? You’ll find two charging stations (for a fee) in the Strandvilla Krabbe parking lot. There’s also a bike shed.

Ein sehr ruhiges, super gelegenes, sauberes Dachappartement. Super ausgestattet, Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat super geklappt. Schön wäre ein kleines Sofa gewesen, statt der zwei Sessel-das war etwas unbequem.
Aber so eine tolle Lage mit einer schönen Ausstattung hat auch seinen Preis.
Trotz Verbotsschilder am Strand wurde an Silvester viel Feuerwerk gemacht, das hatten wir uns für unseren ängstlichen Hund anders gewünscht.
Kommen aber trotzdem gerne wieder!!

Eine sehr schöne und gemütliche Wohnung.
Die Lage ist perfekt. Zwischen Ostsee und kleines Wäldchen.
Ideal für einen Urlaub mit Hund.
Die Ostsee ist in ca 2 Minuten und Edeka in ca 3 Minuten zu erreichen.
Der Service von Nordic ist hervorragend.
Wir werden diese Wohnung und den Service für unseren nächsten Kurzurlaub buchen.
