Vacation Apartment No. 10 at Strandvilla Krabbe is a one-room apartment that sleeps up to 2 people.
Located on the first floor of the new wing of Villa Krabbe, the beautiful one-room vacation apartment No. 10 offers 30 m² of living space, including a living room/bedroom with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony facing the lake. It’s just 10 meters from the beach.
The living area of this vacation apartment features a double bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm), a stereo system with a CD player, and a flat-screen TV. From the living area, you can step out onto the furnished balcony, which offers a side view of the Baltic Sea.
There is a wardrobe in the hallway.
The kitchen, which is integrated into the living area, features a microwave, a stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a kettle, and a coffee maker.
There is a spacious, tiled bathroom with a shower and a window. The floors in the vacation rental are covered with designer flooring.
The Strandvilla Krabbe (Apartments 1–7) and the accompanying guest house (Apartments 8–15), with direct beach access, feature an outdoor parking space and free Wi-Fi access (subject to change). A maximum of one pet is allowed in this property! A charging station for electric vehicles is also available. Use costs 20.00 euros per day (as needed).
Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating costs. Bedding and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (without making the beds).

Are you looking for a vacation right by the sea? The lovingly renovated Strandvilla Krabbe is located in the front row on Boltenhagen’s Baltic Sea beach. The villa is a listed historic building and was built in 1919 by master butcher Krabbe. It is one of the many old villas along the beach promenade, built in the typical seaside resort architectural style. Renovation of the Strandvilla Krabbe began in 1998 with the addition of an extension and the construction of a new guesthouse.
Vacation Rentals at the Strandvilla Krabbe
During the renovation, six vacation rentals were created in the Strandvilla and a total of eight in its extension. The Villa Krabbe guesthouse was expanded to include a spacious, wheelchair-accessible apartment. Some of these apartments have a lake view or face the lake. All vacation apartments are one- or two-bedroom units.
Do you need Wi-Fi access on vacation? You can use Wi-Fi here for free. Free parking spaces are also available directly on the Villa’s property. Do you drive an electric car? You’ll find two charging stations (for a fee) in the Strandvilla Krabbe parking lot. There is a bike shed.
