Nice and quiet in the hideaway room. Big room . Bed very comfortable.
8.30 is very late for breakfast , and although ordered for 8.30 and we were the only people in the breakfast room ,we were locked out until 8.30 and hot food only arrived at 8.45 . Breakfast room freezing . No marmalade . No brown bread . Butter was solid in fridge . Meant we had to rush to get away on time . All easy fixes but did make the breakfast experience rushed and a disappointment.
Heating very noisy , but was too cold to turn off. Very dusty under bed but everywhere else was very clean. Tv reception kept buffering / the joys of the countryside !

Lovely clean room and comfortable bed. Nice and quiet. We stayed there with other family members and had dinner there in the evening which was lovely. Amazing staff - especially the young waitress that looked after us.
Would have liked a curtain on the door in the Hideaway as the light shines through early morning.
