ME has to be one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The service from the team was impeccable - special shout out to Nathan who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great service. The rooms were clean, the beds were super comfortable and all amenities were provided for us as standard, which was helpful. I loved that we had the option to communicate to staff via WhatsApp. The rooftop bar was lovely - we loved spending time there and the food was great. Breakfast was fantastic also, really enjoyed everything we ordered and loved that it was a la carte. I'll definitely be back
Housekeeping was done at random, often not by people opting in, and they would sometimes come in and continue even if we were in the room. For other friends, there was none, so it feels inconsistent. Our rooms weren't ready when we arrived for another two hours after check-in time of 3pm. We were offered drinks as compensation but after a tiring travel day, it would have been nice for our rooms to be ready.
