The location & the apartment itself was amazing

Gorgeous apartment in an old building. 5th floor so great views! Everything was pristine and design-led whilst also comfortable. Short walk to central. Highly recommend!
The bathroom could’ve been bigger - the door almost touches the toilet - but even this was a minimal issue.

The location and the apartment were great.
I asked for an early check in and was told the staff would let me know the next day if it was possible. I booked luggage storage for 3 hours with Bounce. I received a call at 12:15 saying that they would let me check in at 1:00. I cancelled my luggage storage. When I arrived the code to enter the room was not active. When I called Ando Living to find out they eventually got me in, but couldn’t tell me why someone had called to say I had an early check in then wouldn’t let me in. They also didn’t own up to or apologize for their mistake.
