My stay was mid. It was my 50th birthday.

I liked the location.

I didn't like that check in was at 4pm and a text was sent stating ETA. Then they reached out again to say the room smelled like smoke and moved us to a different unit. The dryer had a towel stuck in it so couldn't use it. The fan didn't work in one of the rooms. One of the balcony doors didn't lock and had to return a used parking pass that was written on back to the place so inconvenient to have to go to the car to retrieve it and take it back when it was written on. The iron didn't get hot to get the wrinkles out the clothes .

Host was very understanding and was able to provide a refund for the duration of my original booking due to the status of the unit upon my late arrival.

We arrived a little after midnight. The parking garage was an absolute logistical nightmare. It's extremely small, and once you get to the top, there's no exit lane to go back down. We had to do a 16 point turn just to turn around and leave. We ended up having to park at the garage across the street, despite having 2 parking passes to the garage below our unit. Also, the elevator across the street wasn't working so we had to walk down 6 levels from where we parked, then over to the original garage to go to our unit. This would've been helpful to know prior to booking/arrival. The HOA only allows 2 parking passes, but the resort itself gives out up to 3 for 3 bedroom units. This means that the resort gives out more parking passes than the garage has parking spaces. Its also first come first served. The unit itself was very dirty, and most items were broken and unkempt. There were many issues but the one that was unacceptable to me was the door handle and locking mechanism to the front door. It was barely seated in the frame, and clearly has been kicked in before. The door handle was just there so once the electronic lock unlocked you could push and pull the door without twisting the handle. The area itself is not worth $2600 i planned to spend despite its proximity to the beach for 1 week and the corner of the ocean view. It was very loud and had questionable smells from neighboring units.

Everything you need is right on the property or a short drive down the road. Restaurant, bar, coffee stand, pizza place, ice cream parlor and convenience store just in case you forgot something and don’t want to go off the property.

Parking is terrible if you venture out and come back past 10pm. There is a parking garage at the entrance of the property if the main one is full and you are able to walk a little further to the building. That is the only downfall.

Everything you need is right on the property or a short drive down the road. Restaurant, bar, coffee stand, pizza place, ice cream parlor and convenience store just in case you forgot something and don’t want to go off the property.

Parking is terrible if you venture out and come back past 10pm. There is a parking garage at the entrance of the property if the main one is full and you are able to walk a little further to the building. That is the only downfall.

Very spacious condo. Well equipped kitchen.

Booking . Com lies and dose not deliver what they advertise.: the waterpark! The staff at the hotel treats you like shit because you booked through booking.com.Book direct better. If I owned this place I would not have my condo through booking.com. Never will use them again. Will book this condo directly. Loved it.
